Arm pump

Hi folks, I suffer from arm pump even on tracks less than 2mins. Has anybody got any training/riding tips to tackle this??

Cheers, Andy

Rubbish. you were 14th in the mega avalanche promo. so if you can do that, you dont suffer arm pump.

Or if your actually serious. start climbing.

A little trick i found when i was motocrossing, go out in practise and let them pump up abit, then come off the track and let them settle down before goin back out, if you get it right you wont get anymore arm pump that day. Seemed to work for me, Jonny

get peice of wood same length of your bars is normally good, drill a hole in the centre, tie some rope through and leave about metre and half dangling then attached something like a brick and roll the rope up by twisting the piece of wood or metal

kills like but thats what all WC people do.. seen it in mens fitness marc beaumont was on about it.
